Organizing your space could mean starting the new year by cleaning out the closet, meal prepping the for the week, or laying your scrubs out the night before. Whatever it may be, having a clean and organized space will save you time and lower stress.
- Start Early
If you have to be to the hospital at 5 am get there 15 minutes early. By starting your shift early, you’ll have a little extra time to prepare for the long day. You’ll enjoy the extra cup of coffee, listening to your favorite song, and the time to get your brain working before rushing straight into work.
- Maintain Your Health
Whatever it may be, find time to take care of yourself. Maintaining your health through a healthy balance of exercise and diet will keep you more energized and happier.
