I know I speak for the majority of us when I say, “Mother’s Day gifts are so hard to buy!” I mean, what kind of gift can you give to one of the most important women in your life to show them how much you love and appreciate them? Love is priceless, of course, but every year around the end of April and early May we all rack our brains for the perfect Mother’s Day gift to buy. Some of the most popular and traditional gifts are jewelry, spa days, and flowers, but sometimes we just want to be a little creative, right?
So, if that special mom is a nurse or other professional who wears scrubs, I have an idea: flowers.
Alright, you just heard me say how traditional flowers are as a gift, but this is where you can get creative. Buy that special mom a bouquet of her favorite flowers and find a matching floral print scrubs to go with it! Flowers and scrubs: two things she wants and needs = MAKING MOM PROUD.
Here are some ideas to get you started:
I don’t think I know anyone out there who doesn’t smile when they see daisies! Pretty in a bouquet, pretty on a scrub, pretty awesome with Pooh and Eeyore.
Take your mom back to the islands with a bouquet of tropical flowers! Give her a top like this one and she’ll feel like she’s back out on the beach with her toes in the sand.
The color pink is a symbol of kindness and tenderness–just like that special mom. Whether it’s a soft pink flower or bright one, Mom will be grinning ear to ear when she gets a pink bouquet and floral pink top to go with it.
Purple has always evoked a sense of royalty and luxury so giving Mom a purple bouquet will really make her feel special! Plus, with a purple, floral print top she can look as luxurious as she feels.
It’s hard to find someone who doesn’t like some shade of the color blue! A blue bouquet, or one sprinkled with blue flowers, is guaranteed to impress any mom. And since blue looks good on everyone, a blue, floral print top for mom this Mother’s Day is the perfect choice.
What do you think you’ll get that special Mom this Mother’s Day? Let us know in the comments. We’d love to hear from you!
