Cute Ideas for the Ultimate Nurses Week Party!

It’s almost Nurses Week, Nurses Week Blog Post Header 2016and you’ll party if you want to!  No really, I know you want to! All the hard work you do for patients every day is truly incredible, so take a little time to party or throw an awesome Nurses Week party at home or at work with all your nursing buddies.  You deserve it.  And we promise, a party or two won’t hurt a bit ;)!

Here are some fun ideas to get your creative juices flowing for any upcoming Nurses Week parties you’re going do. Not only will your co-workers get a kick out of what you bring, but they will also get to eat it too!

“Cotton Balls”

Fill up a jar with jumbo marshmallows and tada!  You have cotton balls. EASY.

“Happy Pills”

Separate out Mike n’ Ike candies by color and fill up a bead box to create a box of Happy Pills!  Hilarious. Everyone will love it.

“Medical Milkshakes”

Roll up a scrub top, stick it in a large cup, add a cherry tomato and straw for a milkshake!  Although not edible, it’s still a fun decoration idea.  No calories.

“Thermometers”

Dip pretzel sticks in white chocolate and decorate with red icing to create edible thermometers! Great snack to munch on at a party if you ask me. Salty/sweet combinations are the best.
